 Sep. 27, 2011Our representative was great. He helped us through the home buying process and everything we were promised was given to us. Our interest rate actually ended up being better in the end than what we were originally quoted. We felt like they were really trying to help us get what was best for us. If you are not satisfied with your representative (and you have a legit reason why) then let the company know. There is no reason to be dissatisfied with an entire company if it is because of the representative, especially if you are able to change that. Overall, we had a great experience and are very satisfied. Sep. 20, 2011I worked with Jon Beahan from VA mortgage center and had a great experience. From the time I spoke with him to the time I closed was about 1 month. Jon answered all of my questions and I got the best rate out there. There were a few paperwork snags (of course), but everything went smoothly from the get go. There were a few times that I sent paperwork to Jon's assistant and Jon would still ask me for the same paperwork the next day, but no real problem. Overall great experience and I got a house! Aug. 1, 2011As a first-time buyer, I was worried that the home-buying process would be overwhelming and convoluted. Not so with VA Mortgage Center! They were always on top of the paperwork, expedient, and ready for any and all questions I had. Jon and Jocelyn did an incredible job, and I can't thank them or VAMC enough. I would seriously recommend checking them out before you give your business to the "big" military financial institutions. Steve and Nate were always on the other end of the phone to answer any and all my questions. I can't thank them enough for all their hard work. It was quick and easy! They not only kept us up-to-date on what was going on but informed us of any concerns that we may have had. They really made is feel secure and comfortable during the whole process. We were also able to keep our original closing date something that is not heard of very often. Thank You VA Mortgage Center!!!
