| Our representative was great. He helped us through the home buying process and everything we were promised was given to us. Our interest rate actually ended up being better in the end than what we were originally quoted. We felt like they were really trying to help us get what was best for us. If you are not satisfied with your representative (and you have a legit reason why) then let the company know. There is no reason to be dissatisfied with an entire company if it is because of the representative, especially if you are able to change that. Overall, we had a great experience and are very satisfied. | |
