VA Mortgage Center (Mason) worked with me to get the loan at a great rate. Buying a house is a complicated process, much different than any other purchase a person will make. Having the paperwork, managing your credit, staying on top of the process are all the buyers responsibility. VAMC delivered on every promise they made and worked through every issue that came up with me. I am an enlisted Vet and no where in the process did VAMC ever ask or care whether I was enlisted or officer. They cared about helping me close the loan, which was their role in the process. There are five people responsible in the purchase of a home, you, the loan officer, your realtor, the seller's realtor and the seller. It takes all five working together to make the dream of home ownership happen. VAMC can definately hold up to their end of the responsibility.

Thanks for all of the response from veterans, I appreciate your service and I truly hope you find a home when millions are finding foreclosure notices. You deserve it for your service to the nation.
Again, e-mail me at robbigsby@gmail.com for my story, this company is in the business of ripping off vets. My son was bringing me change he found saying "Daddy can we get the house now?", if you don't want to have to answer that question, avoid this company like the plague.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY VETS. THEY LEAVE YOUR FELLOW SOLDIERS IN A DITCH.

Do not use these people, there are perfectly good companies out there that don't rip off vets. All of the ads and b.s. come from disappointed and destitute American military. We saved for a house, lost it all, and now live in apartments again. They take no responsibility for anything, just want the cash.
Please be careful, you have worked to hard to throw it away with VA Mortgage.com

I saw an ad on a website and thought I would give it a try. I had just gone through a divorce and thus my credit was less than perfect. Jeff Ferguson worked very hard with me and got my home refinanced and saved me $250 a month! VA Mortgage Center was great to work with and I would tell any and all veterans to use them!
