| VA Mortgage Center.com was instrumental in the purchase of our new home and their commitment to customer support was beyond reproach. My representative, Kris Maple and her team, were cordial and open to the many changes and requests that I had towards the closing. They showed the patience of Job throughout the process as I questioned the process, the closing costs, and many other aspects of the transaction. Ultimately, it was their ability to close on my house in three weeks that validated their intention to provide me with the absolute best customer support. Additionally, they were thorough in that they questioned me to see if I had a VA disability rating (which reduces the VA charges). As to the negative posts, I cannot agree with their comments because I did not experience any delays, misrepresentation, nor poor communication with my representatives. As those posts do not fully explain the "full story" of their situation I would not utilize their posts in your decision to us VA Mortgage Center.com. Keep in mind that I had all of my requirements ready to go and I was very pro-active in making sure the correct documentation was accurate and received. Ultimately, I had five VA mortgage representatives across the financial market wanting to represent me and close on my purchase and I made the right decision by going with VA Mortgage Center.
