| I figured it was time to buy a home and new I still had my VA certificate available to me. I am single and have been for several years, my credit was not so good and did not think I would be able to be approved for a home let alone anything else. I came across the Veteran Home Lone web site while on Facebook . I submitted my info and waited for the phone calls and emails, . I was contacted by one of the agents and I started the process, from the beginning I was assured of the approval . My Loan officer told me we would have some paper and leg work to do and she was right. Not only was I approved I was refered to an agent that was well versed in the VA home loan policies and procedures \r\n. I am now the proud owner of my very own home. True it was not easy and alot of frustrating times but they were there with me the whole time as well as the agent they reffered to me . \r\n They are one agency I would recomend to anyone thinking of buying a home regardless of why or credit score, | |
