OUTSTANDING!!!!. I served, back in the day when we walked miles both ways up hill.... You get it. I served in the Army back in the 70's - 80's. Since that time I worked in the mortgage lending industry and for the Federal Government. Recently, I used my VA eligibility for the first time (probably should have done that a long time ago) to buy my current home. WOW! What a great experience. I can honestly and unequivocally state that the team of Jon McArty and Ashley Khederian, from Veterans United Home Loans was the absolute best. In my (ah humm!) 30 plus years experience I've never had a better experience related to mortgage lending and I know something about this industry. The work effort, competency and overall attitude during the entire process was the epitome of professionalism. They helped save me money in a volatile rate market. EXTRAORDINARY! All active and previous military personnel really should use Veterans United Home Loans if you value integrity, professionalism and knowing that a professional has your back with a "Can Do" attitude. Great experience, from the first call to closing! Very responsive to all our questions and requests. Kept us well informed as the process progressed. We sold our house much quicker than expected (in 3 days), so the loan process had to be significantly rushed in time to close on our new house. It wasn't an issue at all, we actually received the "clear to close" two weeks ahead of the scheduled closing date. Wonderful experience, would highly recommend.

First time home buyer and I couldn't be more pleased with the service and dedication that United Veterans offered. They were extremely detailed and easy to deal with. They give great tips throughout the sale/buying process. I would highly recommend them to any Veteran looking to purchase a home. I checked many Veteran Associations before ultimately choosing this one and I couldn't have been more pleased.

I figured it was time to buy a home and new I still had my VA certificate available to me. I am single and have been for several years, my credit was not so good and did not think I would be able to be approved for a home let alone anything else. I came across the Veteran Home Lone web site while on Facebook . I submitted my info and waited for the phone calls and emails, . I was contacted by one of the agents and I started the process, from the beginning I was assured of the approval . My Loan officer told me we would have some paper and leg work to do and she was right. Not only was I approved I was refered to an agent that was well versed in the VA home loan policies and procedures rn. I am now the proud owner of my very own home. True it was not easy and alot of frustrating times but they were there with me the whole time as well as the agent they reffered to me . rn They are one agency I would recomend to anyone thinking of buying a home regardless of why or credit score,

My wife and I decided to purchase a home after we found out that she has cancer, when we contacted Veterans United they were so helpful and understanding. They worked with us to make the buying experience so easy. They assisted us with the paperwork and assigned us a fantastic realtor to work with. We found the right home and with Collin Grote and Lauren Schumer's assistance we close in 45 days. I will recommend them to everyone who is looking to purchase a home. I must say again that I really was grateful for their assistance during our challenging time. I would give them ten stars but they only allow five stars.
