 Jun. 23, 2013Great experience! Everyone at Veterans United was so helpful and friendly. This was my first time buying a house and I had heard a lot of horror stories about the whole process. My experience was virtually flawless. My loan officer called me frequently to check up and make sure all of my paperwork was in order. When I called or emailed him he always responded immediately. Even at the end when there was a mistake on my paperwork that had gone unnoticed and could have delayed my closing, they called me and let me know that morning right before they straightened it out and I closed that afternoon. They have a very streamlined process and requires little work on your part. I would highly recommend Veterans United to anybody eligible! They made home buying a lot less stressful than it could have been!  Jun. 21, 2013Absolute professionals! My experience with Veterans United was fantastic. Customer service at its finest! Mar. 26, 2013After several attempts to purchase a home, hearing so many,"sorries", I hooked up with the wonderful people at Veterans United Home Loans. What a wonderful experience! There were some rough spots to get over, but with the help of a magnificiant staff, and their "get it done" attitude, I managed to close by the end of the year. I never heard from VUHL, "The VA doesn't allow this.", which is quite the case with many other lenders. Thank you so very much, again for your wonderful support and understanding. Mar. 25, 2013Veterans United Home Loans was just the right organization at the right time for me. I had been confounded and confused for a year by the banks in trying to refinance my mortgage. I was paying twice what I really needed to pay if I could get a VA loan at the current rates. They did the job for me and were very accessible, helpful, and pleasant through the whole process. I never had to wonder what would happen next, how much it was going to cost, or what the end result would be. I highly recommmend them for veterans of any age, whether you are buying or refinancing a home.
