I went into this store the other day for the first time. The girl on duty was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about what I needed for my pool. She offered to test my water sample for free whereas another store in town would've charged me $25 (free if I bought chemicals there). She was not irritated at all with the million and one questions I had concerning my pool. When I went to check out, she noticed I was paying w/ a USAA card and asked if I was military - I hadn't even thought to ask. I told her I was and she informed me that they give out a 5% discount - I was very appreciative that she was kind enough to tell me that.

This is a family owned business (which I like) and I will be heading there from now on w/ all of my pool needs.
