 Aug. 9, 2013I had a wonderful time working with Veterans United. They did have a couple communication mishaps so I had to resend some paperwork, but it was not nearly as bad as it would have been dealing with a normal everyday home loan company. They treated me as if we knew eachother for years. Veterans United Reality assigned me a Realator that is just simply amazing, she told me how it was and found me a home that I absolutely love. If I ever buy anotehr home I would defintely go through them again. Aug. 6, 2013I was skeptical when I first went with this company because there are so many out there that prey on our VA benefits. The process could not have gone easier. Our loan officer, Kayla Prewitt, was on top of everything from day one. Anytime I had an issue or a question I got a response within an hour or two. The loan process went quickly and I closed within 45 days of my application. The fees they charge were lower than if I had gone through my local bank. I am very happy. They truly made the process of buying a home a good one. Everything from their great service to their referral of a great real estate agent made buying our first home a great experience. I would definitely recommend Veterans United to anyone who has ever considered utilizing their VA Home Loan benefit. Jul. 28, 2013I recently purchased a home and used Veterans United. I could not have asked for a better or smoother process. Everyone I dealt with at Veterans United was helpful and very pleasant. My particular loan officer, Bill, was great. He kept in contact with me, and help ease much of my anxiety related to purchasing a home. I was worried about how hard closing could, but for me it was a breeze compared to others who purchased homes. I credit Bill with having everything prepared, including me, prior to closing. For me, customer service is a big deal, and Veterans United delivered! Jul. 12, 2013Veterans United has been a GREAT Organization to work with. Never was there a question left unanswered. Our Loan Officer and his team of professionals always made aware to us of any changes and/or updates to the Mortgage process. We were guided and advised throughout the Mortgage process until the very end. The honesty, hard work, and dedication that was given to us by Veterans United was first class! I would recommend to anyone that can take advantage of Veterans United services to do so with the confidence and the security that is deserved.
