I've been with VZW for about 10 yrs...my hubby, more. We have not had any troubles with them *knock on wood* and they've given us the military discount with no problem...you just have to ask! :) 99% of the time, we have excellent reception! There have been very few spots where it cuts out. The customer service people have always been friendly with us and explain everything quite well! I do have to admit though... it is a little expensive to get the unlimited web package.. it's $30 a month PER phone...wish it was $30/month for both... other than that, my hubby and I haven't had any problems! :)

I have been with Verizon for the last 10 years. They have been wonderful with us through 2 deployments. We were able to suspend and hold on to my husbands number and when he was ready to reactivate upon arrival in the US they were wonderful with us.

I have verizon Wireless (over 15 years). Their customer service has been really good. I have never had a problem with my plan or anything. The military discount is great.

I had verizon for awhile. I switched over to sprint recently. Verizon has gotten expensive you want to use the internet and all the Droid capiable things. Anyways they were wonderful with the service people just pricey!

I personally use another service provider but used Verizon for awhile and it was good. Mainly wanted to post for all to know that they offer a military discount!
