 Jul. 31, 2011The service at this location has not been the greatest the last couple times we have gone. We have gotten the same waiter the last 2 times we have been there and the last time he didn't even come to the table until after the manager had taken our whole order and brought out our drinks. They didn't really do much to fix the situation despite the fact the manager dropped a drink down my husbands back and he had to have his food reheated. I would recomend trying the other locations. I love their food but this location has terrible customer service. The best part was the balloon artist they have working there. He is awesome!! |
