| Dry Hill is roughly a 15 minute drive from Fort Drum. They offer down hill skiing and tubing. The mountain is small compared to what we are used to, but it did the job. The lodge is very small as well, but never felt too crowded. The staff is amazing! My twin girls took hour lessons every week the entire season and their instructor (Sam) was amazing! My kids can not wait to go back this year! |

| Check the site for all stores available. This mall is roughly 15 mins from Fort Drum. It does the job. Has just about all that you could ask for. It is a mall meant for a smaller town. It is usually pretty clean and from what I have seen most stores are inviting and kind. |

| This zoo is on the smaller side, but it is a zoo. We have been a couple of times. My kids have a good time and always enjoy seeing the animals. Throughout the year they have different programs to offer. Something to do while you are here. |

| I wanted to add this to the site as an alternative. I hate moving around with pets to find out thta the post lodging does not allow pets and it is midnight! This place is sufficient. At first site the staff seemed nice and the place was clean. We left our dachshund for roughly 12 hours while we stayed overnight in another town. Upon picking our dachshund up she just did not seem her spunky self. I have heard good things about this place and bad. Again, it is available and an alternative. |
