Retired, active duty, VETERANS and career military and immediate family receive free gate admission any day of the fair with military i.d. or proof of service.

Even though the Tri-State Expostion website does not explicitly mention veterans for this free admission deal, we talked with the good folks there, and they informed us that veterans are included, with proof of service!

5 and under = No Charge
Sr. Citizen's (55+) = $5
Parking = Free at Gate 1, $5 at Gate 4

The Tri-State Fair & Rodeo is the largest annual event each year in the Texas Panhandle averaging more than 130,000 people. In recent years, fair visitors have represented 36 states, several foreign countries and all 36 Panhandle counties. An event of this scale would not be possible without more than 600 local volunteers who put in more than 15,000 hours during the nine days of the fair.
