Do not buy from Furniture Factory Warehouse!

Please warn all military NOT TO USE ANY STORE RELATED TO FURNITURE FACTORY WAREHOUSE! This corporation is currently in bankruptcy court, but not until they ripped off thousands of customers! The kist of it is shown on the Better business bureau website, but you can find dozens of articles spread out all over the web referencing their stores from the West Coast clear across to the East Coast. They have a way of changing their store name slightly at each location, and aside from the name variations, they operate the same across the map. Currently there are 4,700 upset clients in Texas who paid deposits as well as entire invoices and never received anything. This store sold firniture they could not/would not be able to provide to its clientelle. After making promises of delivery compounded with more promises of delivery and putting their customers off for many times 6 months, this company evebntually filed bankruptcy leaving their customers without the furniture they paid for! This is one of those company's that we as a military community need to watch out for and warn all military about, considering they prey on military communities which are vulnerable to constant relocations and the time involved with fighting these issues legally once it does happen. They are quite often posted nearby the military community and a major part of their business consists of military clientelle. These are MY opinions and not something which you should take my word for, just BEWARE! and do your own research on this company before seeking new furniture. |
